Cookie Policy

Last updated 11 July 2026

This policy explains how NEWSB uses cookies and similar local-storage technologies, and how you can control them. Under EU/EEA ePrivacy rules we ask for your consent before setting any non-essential cookie.

Essential (always on)

These are strictly necessary to run the site and cannot be switched off. They store your theme (light/dark) preference, your cookie-consent choice, and short-lived technical values needed to serve pages. They set no advertising identifiers and are not shared with third parties for marketing.

Analytics (only with your consent)

If you click Accept on the cookie banner, we load privacy-friendly product analytics (Vercel Analytics) to understand aggregate usage — which pages are visited, roughly how often. This helps us improve the site. It does not build advertising profiles. If you click Reject, or make no choice, analytics are never loaded.

Error monitoring

We may use error-monitoring to detect and fix faults. It captures technical diagnostics (error messages, browser type) needed to keep the service working, and is treated as essential to reliability.

Managing your choice

You can change your decision at any time by clearing this site’s data in your browser settings, which will make the consent banner appear again on your next visit. You can also block or delete cookies via your browser controls; essential functions may then not work as intended.

See also our Privacy Policy for how we handle personal data, and the Data & Attributions page for third-party data providers.
